Knowledge Base:

• Extensive Content Collection:
  The knowledge base contains over 2,200 documents, including:
  • Scientific articles on virtual human twins, including EDITH’s five use-cases.
  • Legal documents such as EU data laws, provisions, opinions, judgments, and case laws.
  • Draft roadmap developed by the EDITH consortium.
  • The VHT manifesto.
  • Technical specifications issued by the European Commission for the procurement of an Advanced VHT modelling platform.
• Continuous Integration with OpenAire:
  The knowledge base is semi-automatically linked with the OpenAire gateway on VHTs, ensuring that it is continuously updated with the latest literature on VHTs.

User Functionalities:

• Question-and-Answer (QnA) Feature:
  The application allows users to post queries in natural language, retrieving answers from the most pertinent sources within the knowledge base. This functionality enables quick access to specific information tailored to user queries.
• Thematic Summaries:
  The application offers summaries of user-provided themes. Such thematic summaries synthesize information from multiple sources with the Knowledge Base into a unified, concise, and coherent summary, thus offering users a clear overview of the topic they are exploring.
