The Final EDITH-CSA Ecosystem Meeting (Amsterdam, 15-16 July 2024) marked the beginning of the final phase of the project and built on the work done so far by the EDITH consortium, expert advisors and the entire ecosystem in a series of activities including online sessions, surveys, online discussions, public briefings and physical expert and ecosystem meetings. The main purpose of the meeting was to update the ecosystem on progress on the VHT roadmap and proof-of-concept EDITH infrastructure, receive input on the final open elements of the VHT roadmap, and begin the process of validating the VHT roadmap and its final recommendations by the ecosystem.
The meeting consisted of a mix of plenary sessions and breakouts.
In the plenary sessions, the proof-of-concept EDITH infrastructure was presented and the final recommendations for the roadmap were discussed and expanded upon.
In the breakouts, both technical (infrastructure, use cases, user roles) and non-technical topics (collaboration, communication, health economics and standards) topics.
In addition to the plenary sessions and breakouts, there were 4 strategic sessions faciliteted by Barry Fitzgerald in which the following topics were discussed:
